SHIPPING POLICY

At ALTAA, we do things a little differently.

Our cakes are baked in small batches and delivered fresh. No warehouses. No boxes sitting around all week. Just real cake, moving through the city.

DELIVERY DAYS

🏃 Wednesday — Amsterdam only
On Wednesdays, deliveries are available within Amsterdam only. Your order may arrive by bike or even on foot. We like to keep our cakes (and ourselves) moving.

🚲 Saturday — Extended delivery area
Saturday deliveries are available across all supported delivery zones outside Amsterdam.

Orders placed after our production cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Since our deliveries are human-powered and freshness comes first, timing may vary depending on weather, route conditions, order volume and rider availability.

We’ll do our best to get your cake to you as fresh and efficiently as possible.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery time.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.

FRESH FOOD NOTICE

Our products are freshly prepared and perishable. Because of this, once production has started, orders may not be changed, returned or cancelled.

DELIVERY AREA

Delivery availability may change over time as we expand our routes and operations. If your location is outside our current delivery zones, we’ll let you know at checkout.
